Lauren L at anchor, navy hull and varnished deckhouse over clear turquoise water

Aboard Lauren L

90 ft Ron Holland sloop · 2026/27 season: St. Thomas, Christmas Cove, St. John

She has sailed around the world. For the season she takes up to six guests out by day, for the sunset, or for an evening with dinner aboard, and nobody else is aboard but the crew. Her systems run from an all-battery installation, so there is no generator running: she sails in silence, and the air conditioning stays on.

Plan your day. A long sail or a short one, a quiet anchorage, a swim off the stern, an hour on the paddleboards, lunch on deck, or out at the end of the afternoon to watch the sun go down under sail. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll shape the charter around it.

An evening aboard.

Six guests. Four courses. Nobody else aboard.

Collected by tender in the late afternoon, under sail while the light goes, then at anchor somewhere quiet. Champagne on deck as the crew step back. Then in to the table.

The deckhouse is glass the whole way round, so from your chair there is nothing between you and the water. Candles lit, mahogany overhead, six chairs at one table. Four courses cooked aboard that evening by a cook working for six people and nobody else: something cold and sharp from the sea to open, a small warm course, the main built on what was landed that morning, and a dessert from fruit that grew within sight of the anchorage. Coffee, and three aged rums talked about on deck under the rig lights. Then the tender takes you home, and she stays lit at anchor behind you.

The menu is shaped with you a week ahead. Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings. A longer evening, taken further, and a night aboard afterwards are both there to ask for.
